Principal Investigators must be qualified in terms of education and experience to conduct research. A doctoral-level degree is required. This award has a duration of up to three years and the median award amount is $320,000.
1. Physicians who are in a residency/fellowship training program, or who completed that program no more than one year before the date of submission of the concept paper.
2. Post-doctoral researchers who received the doctoral level degree no more than three years prior to the date of submission of the concept paper.
This award has a duration of up to two years and the maximum award amount is $25,000 + 7% indirects.
